20y/o F G1P0 presents to the ED with pelvic pain and +home pregnancy test, unknown last menstrual period. Denies vaginal bleeding or discharge. Denies N/V, dysuria, or F/C.
Physicial exam: VS WNL
Abd: mild diffuse TTP over LQ and suprapubic region
Pelvic: cervix thick and closed, no vaginal discharge or bleeding noted. No CMT, No adenexal masses palpable.
Bedside pelvic US performed transabdominally.
